BitterSweet* 835 Posted September 13, 2014 Lose weight slowly, workout frequently (lots of cardio), and weight training. People always skip weight training and I think that's a huge mistake. triplenmomma 21 Posted September 13, 2014 Good advice. I'm concerned abort this also, and ask my husband daily if he's still going to live me when I've 'melted'.
