keish_lorraine 190 Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) I like tuna, refried Beans and chicken. I bought a rotisserie chicken on Monday & cut all the meat off. I pureed the meat w/ taco seasoning, chicken broth & taco bell mild sauce. I divided it up in to 3 ounce portions. I've been eating that for lunch & dinner for the past week. Fox-E 27 Posted September 14, 2014 I made white chicken chili and pureed it. I put cottage cheese and frozen blueberries in processor with a little Splenda...delicious.
