Forsythia 882 Posted September 12, 2014 You should certainly be able to use any and all of the cardio equipment at the gym. You should ask if you are clear for weights and swimming. Some doctors don't clear you for weights over 10 lbs until 6 weeks out. And swimming depends on how well your incisions have healed. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
