There's a September sleevers for 2014 forum already up and running here you may want to chime in there where we're at to get the encouragement and support that many have to offer

@@waitingtoexhale it's been really easy! I went to work today and felt good till about 2 hours till my off time and left home early! Just trying to get used to the broth wait Water intake schedule! How are you?

You're so welcome @@FabNewMe we all need this kind of support I'm not on "the other side" with you all as of yet. I start my pre-op on the 15th my surgery is scheduled for September 26. I'm glad you're doing well and I wish you much success on your new journey!
