Fox-E 27 Posted September 10, 2014 to miss food. Today seems like a tough day. I want pizza. That seems to be my biggest craving. Maybe I'm just tired and emotional, but today I miss food. I used to be mad because I never felt full or satisfied. Now I feel full and satisfied too quickly. Guess it's just a blah day. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

shortsleeved 0 Posted September 10, 2014 I know how you feel. I get really hungry, but feel full after only a few bites and food doesn't't taste all that great. I guess that's not a bad thing , but it's not what I expected. If you are craving pizza, try cutting a chicken breasr really thin sprinkle with garlic powder and broil in the oven til it's done. Add your pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and pop it back under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly. Hopefully this will satisfy your craving with less calories than the real thing. I hope you find a recipe that will satisfy the craving. On my rough days. I try on the clothing I wore at my highest weight. I pat myself on the back. I know tomorrow is a new day and I press on.
