Banded 4/19/07 Fill advice please

Hi guys, I have been mostly viewing this site and have joined a few moths ago. Have not done much talking. Now I am ready and need advice on my first fill. What iis it like and how much restriction do you really get out of it. I can basicly eat what I want now but I still feel some restriction. I have not lost what I expected thus far. It is 16 days and I have lost about 10 pounds. Is that good?

hi Acheiver, and welcome to this fantastic site wow great to hear of your 10 pound loss any loss is a good loss. when you have you fill you will feel more restriction but not enough that it hurts or you cant eat just see how you go and if its not enough you can always have another fill

To me the fills are a piece of cake..start out slow and you will find what you are comfortable with...
