Thanks for sharing. I have been trying to limit my fats. This puts a different spin on my food percentage break downs in fitness pal. I'm a type one diabetic. I have be taught high Protein and low carb. Now I need to look at my fats. Great info

I have been ranging from 10 to 40 so I'm all over the board on the fats. But this is wat I've been doing an not even realizing it. :) it's working!
