Thanks, Dcarver57 I have to lose 10% and never though I could do it (have never lost that much in my many attempts at weight watchers). I am less than two months into it and have lost 16 of the 25 pounds I need to lose. The biggest difference for me has been to incorporate two bottles of muscle milk into my daily regimen and keep calories around 1000 to 1200 per day. The Protein in the shakes has really helped with my hunger. I've also been swimming some - but not a lot. Good luck!

#9grammy 274 Posted September 9, 2014 Hi, I cut out all soda's, and candies. Watch what I eat, always leave some on your plate. I've lost 11 pounds just by doing that, oh and walking on treadmill. Good luck, Linda
