I'm ten days from surgery and I'm getting a bit anxious. Any last minute advice??

I'm 4 days after you. Now it's waiting and being patient. I thank God I am busy at work. When I come home and have down time I think about food. Not good! I,started taking my dogs on walks and reading this forum. It has helped me stay focused on my diet. Please let me know how your surgery goes, and best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Take a pillow for the ride home gor comfort between belly & seat belt it helps yons.
