Just saw Dr Kane today. TIA They will probably call you this week to schedule appointments. It was fast to get the psych evaluation. If I were you and you wanted to expedite the process, I would make an appointment with the pulmonologist asap. There's about a 4-5 week wait to get in. Then most likely you'll have to do a sleep study. All told from start to surgery date, the process took exactly 3 months for me.
