After a 3 week stall, my scale finally moved enough today to put me in the overweight category. It's the first time in a decade (since right after my lap band) that I'm not obese or morbidly obese!

Way to go. I'm still overweight by standard BMI charts...but below personal goal and plan to maintain here. Good luck with the rest of your journey
