Rogofulm 2,440 Posted September 4, 2014 Ten+ weeks out, and for the most part everything is going great! One weird sensation, though... I frequently feel like I have a hair, or several hairs stuck on my tongue. Mostly this is on the back on my tongue, but sometimes the feeling is on the side as well. But when I reach for the offending hair, I never find anything. It's phantom fuzz! I've tried brushing my tongue extra hard with my toothbrush, but nothing changes. It causes me to drink a lot of Fluid, so I guess that's one good aspect of it. But it's still pretty annoying. Has anyone else had this experience?
Lizbiz 43 Posted September 4, 2014 Do you have white Patches in your mouth? If so it may be thrush. I hope you get it figured out. I hate it when a wild hair gets in my mouth. Gross

JenWants2LoseWeight 9 Posted September 5, 2014 When I was drinking Isopure I felt I had fuzz/hair in my mouth and tongue. First day I changed that and don't feel it anymore. Yours could be many things - might be a good idea to get your doctor to check it for you at next visit.
Rogofulm 2,440 Posted September 5, 2014 Thanks everyone! Jen, I think you may have nailed it. This morning I was telling a friend that it seems to begin when I drink my Protein shake in the morning, and it lasts all day. My shake box has a plastic film covering the opening. I used to think that a small piece of the film had come loose and gotten stuck in the back of my mouth. But since it has occurred pretty much every day since I started drinking the stuff, it must be a reaction of some sort. Don't know what I'm going to do, though, because this is the one brand I really like and I drink it every morning for Breakfast. 30 grams of Protein, Baby!
