rhfactor272 50 Posted September 6, 2014 I had bypass and my gallbladder removed together. My gallbladder was in super bad shape. I took 3 weeks. I probably could've done it in two if I had to but I didn't have to so I took the time.

winning_by_losing 107 Posted September 10, 2014 I had mine out close to 10 years ago, so of course my experience may not be quite the same as it would be now after RNY. However - at the time I had a desk job that I could do 99% of from anywhere I had my computer, I actually resumed work the same day once I was back in my room recovering. I worked from home the next day and then returned to the office the following.
calicakes 24 Posted September 11, 2014 I just had mine out on Monday. I had my sleeve in November. I still feel a lot of pain and if I was working, there would be no way I could go to work. I went out today and did a few errands and felt like crud when I came home.
