Marie8777 136 Posted September 4, 2014 hello everyone i am currently done with all the medical exams that i needed to complete to get gastric bypass the last thing im waiting for is for my pcp to fax my surgeon my medical clearance letter so they can fax all my paper work to my insurance and see if i get approved im feeling so tired and scared that i wont get approved and i need so words of encouragement please help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

JustWatchMe 7,117 Posted September 5, 2014 (edited) The surgeon offices generally know the ropes, and if you weren't a good candidate for approval they would probably know and would have discussed it with you. Think positive and start changing the habits you'll need after surgery. Like eating Protein and stopping snacking, etc. Good luck!!!!
