ejd1024 72 Posted September 2, 2014 I use Centrum also...any advice for Vitamin d3? My dr. Said I'm low and recommended taking 2000 itl of vitamin d3....is there a liquid? Would soft gels work? Or is it something I can just crush? Thanks for any advice
aloudwhisper 176 Posted September 2, 2014 There are also chewable Calcium pills. You all can go to the pharmacist at the drug store and they can provide you with the information. I wish I could remember the name of the chewable one. But they are awesome, so use them.

happymama2014 206 Posted September 12, 2014 My dr doesn't want me to take the liquid MULTI I found specific to bariatric patients she says they font have enough of some things and other additives she doesn't like. But I may take them just the first week to get Vitamins in because it just a liquid and it has Calcium and Protein in it too.. Found those on (celebrate vitamins) they call it ENS I think.
