M looking for a chewable calcium citrate. I only find pills or the chew bites by Bariatric Advantage. They are

chocolate and Peanut Butter they make me gag.

Calcium is good for your bones and helps to prevent osteoarthritis. Secondly, Vitamin D is a crucial Vitamin that many of us are low on. calcium helps to absorb Vit d into the body.

Try CitraCal gummies. They taste ok. I got mine at Walmart.< /p>

I am having a hard time finding anything locally. I did find gummies, but was told not to get Gummy ones at all. I wonder if the chewy bites are ok as they aren't gummy but not chewable tablets either.

I get the calcium citrate tropical chewable by Bariatric Advantage they taste like orange flavor. I buy them on line. Don't buy the Peanut Butter ones they are horrible

Another example of how much our taste differ. I like the peanut butter flavor but have since changed to caramel. Yum, yum

Our taste does change immensely after surgery and it differs individually. I cannot tolerate the chocolate calcium chews and I would forget powders as well so I purchased Caltrate minis. Easy to swallow and smaller pill I can take with other Vitamins.
