golden39 10 Posted September 1, 2014 Katykate94.. I found refried Beans to be a lifesaver.. Top with shredded cheese and fat free sour cream,. I made a pot of white chicken chili for my family and then puréed up my portion.. Great amount of Protein and very tasty. I used the can chicken a lot.. Mixed with light miracle whip, mustard... Made chicken salad. Egg whites were a great reprieve.. Even could make up deviled eggs... Eat the centers and then mash up the whites. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
TraciHade 3 Posted September 1, 2014 I agree with the Beans. I am now 3 months out and still have beans with melted cheese once a day because it gives a big Protein kick (and tastes good). Other purées I liked were cottage cheese, Fage 2% Greek yogurt plain mixed with a bit of strawberry Protein Powder for flavor, SF Jello, and hummus... just plain hummus, yummy. Booken 0 Posted September 1, 2014 I agree with all of the above. I loved refried Beans and put puréed salsa in them to give them A kick in the taste buds.
