Fortunately I love water! My sister suggested I try Isopure Protein Drink which is like a juice. I tried one yesterday and it is so much better than the drink. You can get them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. 20 oz with 40 g of protein! I diluted it to make two big drinks.< /p>

No I haven't I can't drink straight water...I drink tea's and watered down juices

I been drinking my protein...I so over them tho...are yall eating regular food yet? I'm eating like six bites and fill full....I really enjoy drinking more that eating....

Yes.... I am eating soft foods no steak or anything but most stuff is pretty regular. No carbs but I have found a few alternatives.

Need help with alternatives....plus I'm so thirsty al the time... do you have a problem getting in liquids?

I don't have a problem drinking at least 64oz per day.... but I wish I were able to drink faster... Especially when working out and wanting Water. Now that I have found diet snapple and propel grape.... Things are soooo much easier. I don't normally get more than 16oz of plain water in each day but with all the teas, crystal light and other drinks mentioned.... I usually go over.
