Found a great lemon drink finally!

Recommended Posts

Found at BJ's, TrueLemon, all natural and with Stevia. Sooo good, only rivaled by Chick Fila diet lemonade. Sooo good, I will be ordering different variaties online. So nice and not as scary as drinking Crystal Light and the like all of the time.

Patoonces,

I try to use Stevia as much as I can because it is a plant based sweetener instead of chemicals.

I even have Stevia plants growing. I don't know how to process the leaves to produce the sweetener but I'd like to find out. The Stevia plants come from Asia and like heat but don't like cold. They do really well in South Texas if you keep enough Water on them.

While the chemical sweeteners may or may not be bad for you, I prefer to use the Stevia even though it is more expensive. I see more and more products using it as a sweetener and I'm grateful for that.

Congratulations on your 51 pound weight loss! :)

Blessings,

Kathleen

I would like to try this product. I love Arnold Palmer's ( half lemonade half tea). I brew my own Decaf tea. If I get this true lemon product I might just meet my perfect drink! BJs? Is that short for a full product name? I will check on Amazon. For now Chrystal light has been my choice but I certainly do not like their lemonade.

Crystal Lite has a stevia version.

I use both products. Both have other flavors in stevia version as well

I don't find an aftertaste with Stevia BUT everyone is different. Truvia is Stevia with a chemical stabilizer in it.

on the website for Truelemon I believe they have their own version of an Arnold Palmer. BJ's is a wholesale store, like costco.

I drink these and they are delicious!! Also made w/ cane sugar and only 20 calories for a full 16oz and come in regular diet lemonade, diet mango lemonade, diet strawberry lemonade and diet blackberry lemonade https://www.hubertslemonade.com/us/en/flavors:diet-blackberry/ I buy them at sprouts and whole foods

Funny, I saw these in the grocery store today and walked by them. Had not read your post yet. Will have to go back and buy one and try it.

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
