Nina51 21 Posted August 31, 2014 VSG 6/24/14 , slow weight loss but okay with that. What isn't ok are my thighs! I have huge thighs and chubby knees. I have carried most of my weight below the waist. Looking for suggestions on best exercises, etc. for my thighs! Has anyone done Lipo or laser???
Lizbiz 43 Posted August 31, 2014 I live by squats. My thighs were some for real thunder thighs. I try to do at least 100 squats and lunges a day. I have noticed a big difference. I have lost 5 inches on each thigh.

Lizbiz 43 Posted August 31, 2014 I just noticed that you were sleeved a day after I was. But I worked my way to 100. Starting at 50. I was sore the day after. Lol
Quasar 0 Posted August 31, 2014 I purchased a Total Gym (the one endorsed by Chuck Norris). It is amazing for squats that don't hurt your knees, plus there are other wide variety of leg exercises. A less expensive approach... get some leg bands and a leg workout video, such as Bell bands. Leg bands hurt like heck and definitely tone the legs. I also like Taebo lower body workout. It will kill your legs and thighs. Best luck to you!
DebraO 14 Posted September 4, 2014 I do squats and they are a killer, but they are working.
Forsythia 882 Posted September 4, 2014 Don't forget lunges for your quads and hamstrings. Dead lifts are also great for that area where the thigh meets the butt. Don't be afraid to lift heavy once you get into weights. Also cardio to burn the fat over your muscles. I tend to lose top down but I have noticed a slimming in my thighs from lots of cardio. I try for about 60 minutes of it.
