WhoKnows 288 Posted August 30, 2014 Yup. Are you entering your food into some sort of tracking program so you know exactly how much Protein you got from it? My guess is you didn't eat a whole serving and it's a very good idea to keep track.
deelavi 17 Posted August 30, 2014 If you get light & fit Greek yogurt, it has 18 grams Protein per serving (1 cup). The protein should be on the nutrition label.
ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted August 30, 2014 Sorry i keep asking stupid questions @@alyce replying to above statement you should be!! yogurt is grrreat for Protein I llllllove my FAGE 0% plain yogurt with fresh blueberries and a little granola sprinkled on top!! yum yum (no blueberries or granola for you at your early stage ) since you ate 1/2 cup yogurt that =s 10gr keeping track of your calories, Proteins, carbs, sugar, etc is very helpful good luck kathy

Read the protein count on the container of yogurt. It is good to keep track of what you eat. Every day will get better! Have a wonderful weekend!

maxcimax 220 Posted September 1, 2014 As they say, no question is stupid. A lot of foods contain a certain amount of Protein & you need to count it. Even tho' I'm on solid foods I still drink at least 1 shake a day. This helps making sure I get 60+ grams of Protein.< /p> If you don't log in your food on something (even if it's just a sheet of paper) you won't be able to make sure you are hitting all of your daily requirements. I use MyFitnessPal on my cell phone. I always look up food before I eat it just to make sure it doesn't have some horrible carbs/fat in it, then I log it. Then, when can, I transfer this information to my DietMinder that I got from Amazon. In the afternoon I tally up all of my intake to make sure I'm getting everything I need & not over doing my calories & carbs. I know it's a bit redundant but this way I can just look something up from previous days. Trying to go back a few days on MyFitnessPal is a pain. My DietMinder also has a place for weight, exercise & Vitamins.
