Fullofitx3 146 Posted August 29, 2014 Just had my 6 month follow up with dr's and still cannot believe how this surgery has changed my life, I went from a high weight of around 285 to 169, size 40/42 pants to 32/33 and med/large shirts not only has my eating and workout habits changed but my outlook on life in general, I love being outside and being active, I enjoy wearing nicer brighter clothes that stand out, there's more of a bounce in my step. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm gloating, but by no means was this an easy road to haul, I cut out the social lunches at work and hit the gym instead now a lot of the guys and girls I work with join me in the gym and tell me what an inspiration I am to them, I prepare meals in advance so that I had them on hand and can eat properly and make smarter snack choices, I've had the full support of my loving wife and children who keep me motivated. I feel like I'm riding on cloud 9.
