Hi guys I am 25 years old and about 7 weeks post-op my sw was 286 and current weight is 248. I am happy so far with my sleeve. It was by far the best decision I've ever made for myself. I am horrible at track my protien intake and Water as well. My day to day life is hectic just like most I'm sure. I make sure I drink my 50g protien shake throughout the day before eating anything. And when I do eat I have been able to make healthier choices!! I do not weigh out my food like I know we are supposed to. For exercise I am just walking but wondering if I should be doing more?

Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated! !!!

I use myfitness pal to track everything. I love it. Highly recommend

I am doing walking and riding stationary bike I alternate. And I do some bicep curls.

I am 9 weeks out and have lost 45 total

If I don't track, I lose track.......just sayin'. Congratulations on making that decision that saved your life, and welcome to the forum.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
