dmlmyk 1 Posted August 28, 2014 Be sure to eat like yr supposed too n take the Vitamins if u eat n puke too much or end up starving yr self, it will catch up wth you. Thank you you shouldnt be throwing up is what i know of being a bander. i have read if one eats too fast or too big of bite, that they could have issues.. congrats on the loss so far as that is just fantastic...i have been banded 2 1/2 yrs and not thrown up yet...if you are concerned or have thrown up, you need to discuss with your doctor..they are the best ones to answer these type questions,, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have had mine for over 3 years and from time to time I still can throw up. One day I can eat something and then the next it doesn't work so well. Weather can affect me, humidity, heat and such. You might be banded to tight if you can't eat anything without it coming back up. Eating slow really does help, I try to avoid distraction so I can chew my food well and take small bites. I need some information on some Protein Shakes I need more Protein I'm suppose to have 60 grams a day.!!!! If any body can help me I will greatly appreciate it...
