jnfisher 31 Posted August 28, 2014 (edited) Does anyone on here use It Works Vitamins or Protein Shakes? If so, do you like them? Edited August 28, 2014 by jnfisher

BitterSweet* 835 Posted August 29, 2014 Save your money on the wraps. Can't speak on the Vitamins or shakes though.
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted August 30, 2014 I haven't tried them but the Protein content seems very low. Per the MFP database, you get 14 grams of protein for 100 calories of Protein Powder. Compare to Unjury -- 21 grams of protein for 100 calories, or Jay Robb -- 25 grams of protein for 100 calories, and it is also all natural. But the real reason I would stay away -- I have no interest in getting involved in MLM/pyramid schemes.
naturalbabe77 16 Posted August 30, 2014 I signed up as a loyal customer for three months and I would not recommend their products. I was skeptical and I should have trusted my instinct. The results from the wraps are temporary and you must drink a LOT of Water while wearing them. You can flush excess cellulite by drinking water without the wraps. The hair, skin, nails made my face break out. The greens taste horrible. You would come out better buying Green Superfood or juicing. I didn't try the Protein because by looking at the nutritional facts, it's not worth the time. Save your money.
