Waiting4Sleeve 15 Posted August 28, 2014 All paper work has been submitted to ins for approval. I am waiting on call from doc with surgery date. I am getting things ready!!! My question is for everyone about what Vitamins have you bought to use after surgery. There are some pretty expensive ones out there. What are you using and where did you get them?? agirlnamedfrankie 69 Posted August 28, 2014 I get everything from Amazon Prime because it's magical. I'm taking Centrum chewable Multivitamin, NatureMade B-12 sublingual, a liquid Vitamin D drop from Seeking Health and then went with the Bariatric Advantage calcium citrate chewabes (in caramel, not bad). davidkee16 1 Posted October 15, 2014 I take Calcium in malate chelate 1200 mcg in a serving of 4 capsules, Multivitamins in multi-standard formula and 1 Vitamin B12 sublingual in the form of methylcobalamin with 1000mcg. I order them off the website of Vita4Life. Personally I was tired of BA as it always made me nauseous and produced no observable results in my labs. I switch when a nut advised me for vita4life.
