Leg day

post-173616-0-39104900-1409147313_thumb.jpg even though I forgot my lifting belt in the car I pushed through a huge squat/deadlift superset workout with a Tabatta style rotating staircase circuit to finish it off.

Even though some of it is Greek to me (Tabatta?) I understand squat and deadlift and superset and I am impressed!

Nice job passing up excuses and just doing it!
