Amour.de.lionne 63 Posted August 27, 2014 After surgery my senses got stronger and I can smell a funk in chicken and eggs and some other meats..... So I am turned off to those foods even though I am 9weeks out I should be able to have them but that smell is such a turn off!
Melissa Cotton 7 Posted August 27, 2014 I feel like I can now taste all the chemicals in the Protein Drinks and they make me sick. It's strange how our bodies now react different to food.< /p>
Thinkingthinner1109 485 Posted September 5, 2014 Yes my sense of smell has increased dramatically! I went outside and keep thinking....what are all of those smells? I was walking and on the sidewalk someone had dropped candy corn it was smashed and melting and had a ton of ants on it and I could smell it. Horribly gross! ke-sa 10 Posted September 5, 2014 I just spoke to my dr yesterday. He said this is common especially in women. He also said the increased sense of smell is a marker for long term success. Its a nice consolation for my husband who can't wear his cologne anymore.

akt1908 4 Posted September 7, 2014 Thank God I thought it was just me. Everything smells stronger, I started using some expensive candles I'd saved because they relax me even more now.
