April 28th. Down 80lbs and stalled for at least 6 weeks. It's driving me crazy! Other than exercise and added Protein, any ideas on getting out of the stall?

I was sleeved on April 22, 2014 and so far 66lbs lost and still losing. I am doing absolutely great. My Doctors, Nurses, and MOAs are excited for me and happy that I am progressing well.
