Jen - a work in progress 178 Posted November 2, 2014 How's everyone getting their Vitamins in? I have yet to get them all in in a day. I tried mixing 2 of them crushed into yogurt yesterday, but I could only take like 3 bites then I was done. I'm getting my Water and Protein in, I just wondered if I should be concerned. I was sleeved on Wednesday.I take a chewable Multivitamin twice a day. I have a brand from my hospital pharmacy that is super cheap, but Flintstone vitamins are an option as well. I don't take any other vitamins right now. They told me to wait. I was sleeved 10/
friejenn 42 Posted November 6, 2014 what was your BMI in the beginning? I was sleeved October 13, a little over 3 weeks out and I have only lost 15 pounds. I think exercising is going to be key.

apeters9284 61 Posted October 23, 2015 Great job everyone! I passed my 1 year on Oct 15th. I do wish I has lost more my first year, but am proud of how far I have come. I am definitely still dealing with the mental side of all this. I see the difference in pictures and in clothing sizes, but feel like I look the same when I'm looking in the mirror. Its crazy! I also am still trying to figure out what gives me those boosts where I drop significantly in a week. I can't figure it out. There are weeks when I feel like I snack poorly and won't exercise as much and I'll drop 5 pounds. Other weeks, I'll gain a couple. I just keep trying to do what I can. Here is to our 2nd year journey!
