I sublingual Biotin and I use biotin Shampoo and conditioner my hair is definitely thicker than it was..

Where do you get the shampoo and conditioner?

Nothing really helps with the Hair loss. It will stop eventually. Mine was immediate after surgery until about 6 months. Everyone has their own specific Protein requirement. Mine is 65g. I think it may be based in your height?

Amazon it's in a purple bottle.. I think they sell it at Walmart as well.. I find that it HAS helped me tremendously! My hair is thicker than it has EVER been.. Not sure which is doing it or the combo but between the Biotin and shampoo it's working
