OnePhatWhoDat 54 Posted September 10, 2014 (edited) Approved today! :-) Height: 5'2"; Weight at initial appointment: 215 pounds; BMI: 39.3; Age: 43. Comorbities: very high blood pressure. Very iffy. Didn't think I'd be approved. I also logged into my Blue Patient Portal and looked at it to see all examinations and treatments I'd had while with my plan. I actually had a documented history of weight gain, and various treatments/weight loss plans to include HCG, the nasal spray, listed in my patient treatment timeline (yes, I had a really drug-happy PCP before she relocated).
