Hi everyone! New here :-) My surgery date is Sep. 2nd ... All sorts of feelings right now, anxious

, happy , nervous?!? I don't know what to expect. Anybody else's date coming up soon?

I'm sept 3. Start preop diet tomorrow. I'm nervous as is my hubby but I'm excited as well!!

Hi....mines is September 8th, I'm a little nervous... But thinking positive all the time...I found myself looking at youtude videos of different people who have gone through wls...its helps me..

Hi my sirgery date is Sept 15 2014 im all over the board with emotions and the one that scares me is should i , cause there is no turning back

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
