Teachamy 1,042 Posted August 22, 2014 My Fitness Pal is the best way. You can mention restaurants, generic, or name-brand foods and they have the info. there. Just make sure to get a good food scale and measuring cups and spoons and use them. Don't "eye-ball" the quantity. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
