I like how you worded that. I think liver reduction diet sounds better than liquid diet. I may use that since I start mine tomorrow morning. Going out tonight with friends to say goodbye to the old me.

My surgery will be on Oct. 28th. I have 2 more nutrition appointments, upper GI series, pre-op testing and appt with my surgeon and primary care doctor. Oct. 3rd is when my paper work will be submitted to my insurance for prior authorization. I'm just trying to stick to the diet a weight gain is the only thing that can postpone my surgery. Good luck!!

This is my 7th day on low carb pre-op diet. Yesterday was tough because it was the 1st day I was home all day. I was in out of the kitchen preparing Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my children. At one point I thought I was going to give in but I pushed through. I'm so thankful I'm not having headaches at this point. October 7th sleevers we have 7 days remaining ! Wow, my excitement is continuing to grow. This week will go by quickly. For those of you getting sleeved this week congratulations and i wish you a speedy recovery!
