Uh Oh, well that will give you some Fiber to push things through tonight. Note to self.....nuts are a slider food.

Well I think it could have been much worse...Like double chocolate cake with whipped frosting. It was peanuts. High Protein and Fiber. Next time take a 1/4 cup if you want to enjoy them. Eat slowly...one at a time. Enjoy the crunch! :) OKAY!
