Chickie 15 Posted May 3, 2007 Oatmeal is GREAT. Make it nice and thick, and it will stick in the pouch for hours. It is actually my brekky of choice. Oats and a banana. Yummy.

It can easily take 2 weeks for you to feel the full effects of your fill. Just take it easy and be careful until you know what will come of this fill. steinquilts 0 Posted May 3, 2007 My favorite breakfast is an EAS chocolate Peanut Butter shake. I make it with either a cup of dannon lite and fit vanilla yogurt or skim milk, a scoop of the EAS chocolate powder and two teaspoons of peanut butter. Yummy and at least 26 grams of protien. Keeps me satisfied until lunch.< /p>
GayleTX 1 Posted May 4, 2007 Oatmeal is good but very high in carbs (are you reading labels and counting carbs?). If I eat it early in the day, I find myself hungry all day long! I always start my day with a big mug of coffee with a scoop of Protein supp in it (favorite is nectar Cappacino)....after that I'm not hungry for a couple of hours. The warm coffee loosens my band and then I eat eggs w/melted cheese or cottage cheese w/SF Syrup or LF yogurt with almonds mixed in.
vbaum 0 Posted May 8, 2007 I usually eat leftovers of fish or chicken. Or a ready to drink protien shake. Soup (ready to drink) with cheese in it. Or LF cottage cheese with splenda and a dash of whip cream.
