I found gas strip work well.

The first few days after surgery I had gas pain . The more I walked the better I dealt. my doctor had me up walking a few hours after surgery. To help with this

This is day two I managed to pass a little gas I walk around a lot but there is still plenty there oh god so bad . I use the strips not much help at all

walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk .... I can't stress it enough... WALKING is really the ONLY thing that will help. Walk walk walk , even overnight, get up and walk.
