Paloma68 31 Posted August 20, 2014 I'm suppose to take a Multi-Vitamin, calcium citrate after each meal, B-complex and B-12 and Iron (at bedtime). Problem, I'm suppose to take chewables but haven't found multi-vitamin (except gummies which are a no as per my NUT) and I take a thyroid pill first thing in morning and I can't take a Vitamin or other pill 4 hours after taking thyroid pill. Trying to work on a schedule... Wondering how everyone else takes their pills? Before sleeve Dr. recommended fish oil. No one has mentioned them. My Dr. appt still one week away... Oh and do you crush, swallow or cut your pills?

finallyfree101 39 Posted August 20, 2014 I think if you could break it down into mg per meal you would be better off. My Dr. said the chewy bariatric Vitamins are fine but I wasn't supposed to start until week 4. so I take my B-12 in the morning and then my Iron pill on an empty stomach this is about 6: 30 am when I go to work. Then Breakfast at 8 with my first 500 mg calcium citrate chew. I have 3 of those a day with each meal. At the end of the day I take my multivitamin since this one seems to make me a little nauseas. I hope this helps.
