thatgirlT 1 Posted August 20, 2014 Hey guys, I was wondering if you all have any suggestions for getting in all the Vitamins daily? I seem to forget to take everything; and that is easy to do when I'm at work or trying to focus on getting all my Water in. Im only 3 weeks out so Im just a littlestill learning...is there a schedule that some of you use since certain vitamins cannot be taken together? Also, what all vitamins are you all taking everyday? It just seems like so many pills everyday; but I wouldn't dare trade my sleeve! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
fezik23 240 Posted August 20, 2014 I actually use one of those pill minders, for one thing. I take my multi Vitamin right before bed, so no problems interfering with others. I do sometimes forget Calcium, a dose here and there. I keep one bottle on my desk at work, and one in the kitchen. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

thatgirlT 1 Posted August 20, 2014 Thanks for your comments. Do you all also experience nausea after taking certain supplements? Today I felt absolutely horrible after taking Biotin but it probably due to me not having much on my stomach at the time.
