Good luck. Tomorrow I start on Clear Liquids. This day is crawling by, and tomorrow may be worse. I took a shower with the pre surgical scrub, one tomorrow and one before I go to the hospital on Monday. I'm so filled with anticipation and excitement I can hardly stand myself. Well I had my surgery Aug 29th....I must admit when I woke up out of my anesthesia. ...my first thought was "21st have I done"....I just hate recovery!!! I have been doing great and already lost 30lbs

Bigoux, I felt the same way. My weight loss has been slow but steady and I am pleased. Congratulations on your weight-loss!
