jess9395 5,449 Posted October 17, 2014 Today: 148 Last Friday: 147, so I'm up a pound. But! On Tuesday I was 1-freaking-54 (up 7 in 4 days, even with a 5K Saturday!). If I let up just a little bit, my body is ready to pack it on. I have to kick constant butt to keep it down, and getting to my goal is nonnegotiable. Ok I ALWAYS gain when I have a race. Always. 5k, 10k, half-freaking-marathon! I think it's a reaction to the dehydration or glycogen depletion or something. It seems to be temporary, but not like the next day temporary more like a week or two to get back little by little. Wonder if you are the same. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Had half marathon Sunday and was up three lbs. lost 2 so far and working on the last. 145 is my final goal WITH a 4lb "bounce" or warning range so I'm dojng OK!
