Nevermind 117 Posted October 3, 2014 Today's weight 148.5 (half pound loss...) Side note: I've literally worked my bum off this week. Minimum of 1.5 hours a day and one day was 2.5 hours of cardio and tracking every bite to keep under 1000 calories.... anyone who says this is easy.....don't have a clue.
