Count me in! Fell off the wagon...steroid epidural injection caused me to GAIN weight. Time to get hardcore again. Ultimate goal 160. Highest 298. Encouragement appreciated.

Weighing in sw 371 Cw 369.5 Gw 350 Good so far hope it keeps going down I would love to be down to goal. since I have to be down at least 25 pounds before I can have surgery. Will start the first of my 6 month medically supervised diet classes on October 6th.
