Pookeyism 1,143 Posted September 2, 2014 (edited) I don't weigh in that frequently and I am currently not setting any official goals...however I am getting ready to do a 40 Days Challenge with one of the yoga studios I practice at, so maybe I can keep track through the challenge. aloudwhisper 176 Posted September 2, 2014 Why don't you pick a reasonable goal of 1-2 lbs/ week and anything above that will be icing on the cake. This early out from your surgery you will more than likely lose quicker because your eating liquids or full liquids... I'm now about seven weeks out and I know I did, but I did have the dreaded 3rd week stall and it lasted just about 2 weeks!!! It's insane that you can be eating so little (500-800 cal/ day) and not lose weight. Anyway one day 2wks after it started I dropped like 7 lbs in one day. Just be patient when it happens( if it happens) because you are not doing anything wrong it's just one of those things. Good luck!! I guess my point of this post is be reasonable when setting your goal and don't set yourself up for failure and as a result discouraging yourself. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to me. I know the limited food consumption is gonna be something to get use to. I appreciate your encouragement. I will make realistic goals for myself.
