Abigail13 5 Posted August 18, 2014 Hi all! i wonder if any of you have this same issue i do, i have days where I don't want to eat anything and have to force myself, and then I have days where I want to eat a lot, by a lot I mean I feel like it's a lot for the sleeve, I don't get sick but the amount that I could eat makes me wonder if it's normal that I'm eating it, but it is true hunger it's not boredom eating. I walk 8-10 miles a day and kickbox 3-4 times a week, so I wonder if it's my body being hungry from all the working out, but then I think my stomach should still only be able to hold a certain capacity no matter how much I work out... Im just nervous about stretching my sleeve more than anything.. Any advice is appreciated thank u! Btw im down 57 lbs if that matters
SherB 220 Posted August 18, 2014 Sounds pretty normal. I have days where I have no hunger and other days where I could eat more. Maybe increase your Water on those days. You are not saying the average amount of calories you are getting but you may need to increase them if you are doing a lot of physical exercise, your body cannot go like that without fuel. Drink an extra Protein Shake, that will fill you up and give you the Protein boost. Also congratulations on your weight loss.
