nikkisue 6 Posted August 17, 2014 I'm 6 days post-op and things seem to be going pretty well. However, when I eat, my stomach will clench up enough to make me stop, rumble a bunch and then release. It's happened while eating different things, so I'm not sure if it's food related or does this mean I'm full? Any guidance is appreciated!
starspring 30 Posted August 18, 2014 I had the same thing when I was just sleeved. I explained it to my surgeon by saying it felt like my stomach was attacking everything I drank! It's normal and will pass in probably a month all part of the healing process. Every day gets a little bit better. Good luck!
Forsythia 882 Posted August 18, 2014 The first couple weeks post sleeve I would get a pang that hurt. Not, double over and cry hurt but it was uncomfortable to say the least. After awhile it went away. Things are swollen and angry in there. Give it a little time. Once the nerves heal a bit that pain should diminish and then go away.
