If you wanted to blend in some Peanut Butter with a Protein shake that would be ok, but to eat it alone might cause some issues especially since you aren't supposed to drink while eating... who can eat Peanut Butter without milk??

Try PB2, it's powdered peanut butter and mixes easier with the shakes

I had some just to get the Protein and calories in (never thought I'd say that!) when I was having trouble stomaching shakes, but I had it a small spoonful here and there and I kind of licked it like a lollipop. Once I got to where I could eat more protein stuff, I didn't really need it anymore. But it didn't cause me any trouble as long as I ate it super slowly.
