Sheesh 1 Posted August 15, 2014 Does anyone know if you have to go through the whole process again, if you are going to get a revision?

Stephanie Rodriguez68 34 Posted August 17, 2014 Maybe. I was self pay for lapband but still had to do NUT & Psych. Perhaps the sic feels everything is a-ok! I was also self pay for my band. I went to a new surgeon to see about revising due to band issues, but initially the surgeon was trying to tell me I was just making bad food choices and was trying to get me back on track. After several months of no weight loss and lots of pain under my breastbone and both ribs, he decided to do testing. My gallbladder was fine and I had no swallowing issues per the UGI. After the EGD, it was determined my band definitely needed removal. I have to get a psych evaluation per insurance requirements. I have already had two nut visits. Praying for a quick answer of APPROVED I wish you all the best.
