Jvschultz 41 Posted August 15, 2014 Today is my 3 year sleeveaversary! My weigh currently fluctuates between 137 and 141 and I'm happy with that. My goal weight is set to 125 however if I dont get there thats ok. I have to say maintaining is the hardest part. I exercise like a beast but I still need to work on my eating habits- they could be better. My goal this year is to meet with a nutritionist to help me with that. 6 ProudGrammy, Luvin_Life125, Andrew0929 and 3 others reacted to this

lilijo 187 Posted August 15, 2014 Wow! You're doing great. If you're happy with your weight, then mission accomplished! What was your lowest weight? You mentioned improving your eating. What are your problem areas? Sweets? bread? And when did you start straying toward poor choices. 1 Jvschultz reacted to this
Jvschultz 41 Posted August 15, 2014 lilijo my lowest weight was 134 and that was because I had to have a hysterectomy and stopped working out. Once I started CF again I weight went up to where I'm at now. My problem areas are sweets and I started to stray to them last year.

It is great to hear from folks a few years out. I'm a year and a half out and find myself in the same place you described, gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. I too need to buckle down and clean up the diet if I want to see sustainable loss. Thanks for posting, it is good to hear my experience is similar to others. 1 Jvschultz reacted to this
